Today is Blame Someone Else Day, Scrabble Day and Begin to Organize Your Files Day
This week we begin Medical Labs Week. In honor, everyone on the planet must go and get bloodwork done, okay, ready, set, GO!
1360- A hail storm killed an estimated 1000 English soldiers in Chartes, France during the 100 Years War. The largest (officially measured) recorded hailstone appears to have been 183/4"circumfrence (looks like about 7" if you lay it on top of a ruler) and recovered in Aurora, Nebraska in 2003. It kind of looks like the inside of a geode. Click here if you wanna see a pic.

1944- Jack Casady was born. Okay, I thought I knew who this was. I was wrong. My Jack spelled his last name differently. This one plays bass guitar, most notably with Jefferson Airplane (that was before Jefferson Starship, Starship, Jefferson Starship-The Next Generation...whatever.)
